Sacred Adventures Retreat
Sacred Valley, Peru:
September 28 - October 4, 2025

Join us for Sacred Adventures Retreat in the Sacred Valley, Peru
Step into the heart of the Andes, where the ancient energy of the Inca civilization still lingers, inviting you into a journey of transformation. Over seven days, we will move through a carefully curated experience that blends adventure, sacred wisdom, and deep personal reflection—all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Sacred Valley.
Each day is designed to awaken your spirit and ground your energy, beginning with morning yoga and breathwork before stepping into explorations of powerful sites like Pisac, Chinchero, Maras Moray & Salineras and Machu Picchu. You will immerse yourself in Andean rituals, despacho ceremonies, and traditional healing practices with local shamans, deepening your connection to the land and your own inner guidance. Through movement, meditation, and cultural immersion, this retreat is an opportunity to release, realign, and reclaim your path forward.
As you walk the sacred paths of the Inca, nourish yourself with conscious cuisine, communal connection, and moments of solitude designed for integration and reflection. Whether through ceremonial experiences, silent nature walks, or sound healing under the stars, this retreat offers space to expand, embody, and embrace the wisdom within you.

Accommodations
The retreat center’s name translates as “Loving Heart.” It is nestled in an oasis of native plants and fruit trees, nourished by a magnificent waterfall in the Sacred Valley of Peru. This lovely spot is in the Andes Mountains and is home to the twelve mountains known as Apus—“mountain spirits.” Those who come to the center have the opportunity to commune directly with these mountains, as well as with the local curanderos and pacos (healers), who engage with us for ritual and Despacho ceremony.
The guests at this center enjoy delicious organic cuisine with locally grown and lovingly prepared ingredients. Each guest room is a reflection of the Peruvian culture of the Sacred Valley. The entire center embodies kindness, love, and wholeness that seem to permeate the magical place.
There are multiple types of rooms available, from double and triple rooms, shared with other attendees (can book with desired roommates) to single occupancy rooms with more space for privacy.

Things to Know
Getting There
Anahata Rising specializes in curating and offering the best retreat experiences. For your flights, we recommend that you use Google Flights or a trusted travel agency.
Your booking will need to end at Cusco Airport (CUZ). Most flights will arrive to Cusco Airport via a connection in Lima (LIM). Otherwise, you would need to book to separate flights to Lima and then onwards to Cusco. Before booking tickets, please be sure you have received your official confirmation note that the retreat has met its minimums.
Arrival/Departure Schedule
The retreat begins on September 28th with ground transportation pickup from Cusco at 10am. So we suggest that everyone arrives on September 27th with an overnight (not included) in Cusco to ensure enough time and acclimation to the elevation. Furthermore, we suggest booking your flight out of Cusco on October 5th, as checkout on October 4th will be at 11am-12pm and there will be a tour offered to Sacsayhuaman on your way to Cusco. If you take this option, your last night (not included) will be spent on your own, exploring the vibe of this colonial city.
The alternatives to our suggestions would be to arrive on the 1st day of the retreat and fly out on the last day after checkout.
The below schedule can be referenced for planning your travel to and from the retreat at your own pace.
First day (September 28):
Shuttle pickup from Cusco at 10am (drive time to the center is ~ 1.5 hours)
Check-in and welcome orientation will be at 12pm
Lunch at 2pm (1st meal)
Last day (October 4):
Breakfast at 8:30am
Meditation and closing circle at 9:30
Check-out at 11am
Optional tour to Sacsayhuaman on the way back to Cusco
Flight home in the afternoon or extra night in Cusco
Travel Insurance
We cannot emphasize more the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $150, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip.
We have partnered with two insurance companies: Trawick International and CSA Travel Insurance (available for U.S. Residents only).
We encourage you to research the insurance company and policy that best meets your needs.
