When to register
We strongly advise registering and making a deposit as soon as possible to guarantee your spot on this tour. Owing to the intricacy of this voyage, a number of reservations necessitate substantial upfront payments. These include of reservations for tours, train tickets, bus transportation. Visa requirements for Peru
Tourists from the United States who are visiting Peru do not need a visa as long as their passports are valid with more than 6 months until expiry. You will be given a tourist card upon admission that is valid for ninety days.

Do I need travel insurance
We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to cover potential personal, political, environmental, health, or weather-related incidents that may affect your travels. InsureMyTrip offers personalized support in selecting a suitable travel insurance provider and policy. Note that most providers require coverage to be purchased within 7 to 10 days of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Anahata Rising has the following Cancellation Policy for Cancellations made by the traveler:
Cancel 90+ days before the retreat start date: deposit is non refundable, but we’ll transfer it to another trip at no cost. If you paid in full we’ll return everything but the deposit.
Cancel 60-90 days before the retreat start date: deposit & full payment is non-refundable, but we’ll transfer everything to another trip for a $1000 fee.
Cancel less than <60 days before the retreat start date: deposit & full payment is non-refundable. No transfer credit applied.
If we cannot establish connection with you to confirm critical information (ie. arrival/departure flight times, special diet considerations, accommodation details, etc.) by 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date, then the reservation will be canceled and no refund or transfer credit will be provided.
If you choose to leave the program early or at any point during the program dates, there will be no refund provided.
For every cancellation, there is an additional $100 admin fee.
