There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee added for all credit card payments, this is paid by the participant.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unfortunately, sometimes life can throw us curveballs and make cancellations unavoidable. We have tried to make our deposit and cancellation policies as flexible as possible for guests, while still ensuring our risks can be managed effectively. The hard truth is that if you cancel, we lose a lot of money and could potentially affect the other attendees. By filling out an application form for one of our programs you are agreeing to the cancellation policies as detailed on this website.
Cancellations:
By attendee
Cancel 60+ days before the retreat start date: deposit is non refundable, but we’ll transfer it to another trip at no cost. If you paid in full we’ll return everything but the deposit.
Cancel 30-60 days before the retreat start date: deposit & full payment is non-refundable, but we’ll transfer everything to another trip for a $500 fee.
Cancel less than 30 days before the retreat start date: deposit & full payment is non-refundable, but we’ll transfer everything to another trip for a $1000 fee.
If you choose to leave the program early or at any point during the program dates, there will be no refund provided.
For every cancellation, there is an additional $100 admin fee.
